Our standard delivery package includes the installation of the home to meet or exceed state standards, a vapor barrier, vinyl skirting, steps at exterior doors, a dryer vent kit, a new A/C unit, a new A-coil and new copper lines plus updated appliances in most instances. But we can provide anything from a simple transport to site to a full turn-key installation, including permanent foundations, wells, septic, electric, driveways and decks. All of our contractors are licensed, bonded and insured and are the best in the area at what they do.
In most cases, all of these additional services can be included in your finance package.
